    HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 10                                                                                          
    Relating to the earnings of the Alaska permanent fund;                                                                      
    establishing a bicameral legislative working group on the use of                                                            
    earnings of the Alaska permanent fund; and relating to a special                                                            
    session for the sole purpose of deliberating the issues surrounding                                                         
    the use of the earnings of the Alaska permanent fund.
